Data Protection
We treat your personal information and memorial content with the utmost care. Here's how we protect your data:
Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS/SSL (the same standard used by banks). Sensitive data at rest is also encrypted.
Secure Storage
Our servers are hosted in secure, SOC 2‑compliant data centers with strict physical and network security controls.
Access Controls
Only authorized personnel can access user data, and only when necessary for support or security purposes. We audit access regularly.
Backups & Redundancy
Memorial content is backed up daily across multiple geographic regions to prevent data loss due to unforeseen events.
